Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate Lead pipeline comprising of ongoing and pipeline projects.
  • Frequent visit to project sites to find out the site execution status
  • Reaching the Sales Targets and Goals set.
  • Deliver Sales Numbers as per Business Plan, both in terms of sourcing the prospective customers and closing.
  • Analyzing the prospective customers against the sale leads generated by the tele callers/channel partners.
  • Reaching the prospective customers and effectively explaining the project details that most fits to the customer taste, preferences and budget. Effective deal Closure.
  • Propose solutions as per the buyer’s needs.
  • Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicates the same effectively to prospects.
  • Keeping up to date with Projects and Competitors.
  • Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/finalization of deals.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly Sales Meetings.
  • Report on Sales activities to Senior Management.
  • Building a relationship with the team for achieving Sales Target.
  • Attending Project Exhibitions and Events.
  • Develop a good relationship with customers.
  • MIS Reports Generation.
  • Support the team for effective deal Closure.
  • Must be able to train, motivate, and mentor his team members.
  • Must be a Dynamic and aggressive person with Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Desire Candidate Profile:

  • Should have a proven track record in B2C Sales.
  • Must be highly energetic, self-motivated.
  • MBA / Graduate with minimum 6-8 years of experience in Direct Sales in Residential Real Estate.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be fluent with the local language.
  • Must have sound Oral and Written Communication skills.
  • Languages Known: Telugu (Mandatory), English (Mandatory), Hindi (Mandatory)
